Merit-Based UG Nursing Admission means students are selected based on their Class 12 marks, without writing an entrance examination.

Example:

If 100 students apply for a B.Sc Nursing course and the college has only 50 seats

The college may prepare a merit list based on the Class 12 marks of these 100 students.

The top 50 students with the highest marks in Class 12 will be offered admission.
