Phase II – Final Workshop & Interview: Candidates shortlisted from Phase I are invited to the NSD campus in New Delhi for a 5-day intensive workshop. Evaluation: Final selection is based on the overall performance,throughout all stages of the admission process.

Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for the NSD entrance process.

Important Note: Clearing the preliminary written test/audition is only the first step; candidates must successfully complete the 5-day workshop and final interview to be considered for admission.

Students who successfully clear the NSD admission process are admitted to the prestigious Diploma in Dramatic Arts (DDA), a three-year full-time residential programme offered by the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi.

Areas of Training:

The curriculum is comprehensive, covering every aspect of theatre from theory to practice. Key areas include:

Performance: Acting, Mime and Movement, Voice & Speech Training, and Music.
Design & Techniques: Scenic Design, Costume Design, Lighting, Make-up, and Theatre Architecture.

Specialization:
