Here is the quick eligibility checklist for candidates planning to appear for the UCEED examination:

• Qualification:
  • Must have passed or be appearing for Class XII (10+2) or an equivalent examination.
  • Students from any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities) are eligible.
• Age:
  • General / OBC-NCL / EWS : candidates must be born on or after the prescribed date announced in the official notification.(usually below 25 years)
  • SC / ST / PwD :candidates receive age relaxation as per UCEED rules.(usually 5 years)
• Minimum Marks:
  • No minimum percentage in Class 12 is required to appear for UCEED.
  • Candidates must successfully pass Class 12 examination.
• Attempts:
  • A candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of two times.
  • The attempts must be in consecutive years.
  • Example: If a student appears for UCEED in 2026, they can make their second attempt in 2027. They cannot skip a year and appear again in 2028.
